So good. It may take a little time to make this, but it is worth it. I gave my neighbor a good size portion so I wouldn't it all. I will be making this again and again.

So easy and so good. The hardest part (if you can really call it that) is dicing all the veggies. The egg, shrimp and avocado are an unexpected nice touch. This is a keeper. Thank you Ree for a great soup.

WOW.!! I never had risotto so I gave this a try. Season to your own taste (I use less lemon and salt) and this dish came out wonderful. Don't let it scare you. It really doesn't take that long and it's weel worth the time. This is a keeper. Thank you Ina."
