the shrimp is good...I worried about overcooking it...but it turned out really good...awesome flavor combinations...I've made shrimp and grits,..but normally always with fried shrimp....this is fantastic...and will be made again!"”

“This was definitely something to try for something different...oriental pickle brines generally use rice vinegar...and include ginger...which is how I did my veggie pickling....the sandwich filling is extremely good...as is the mayo...it's good!!!"”
