"I added the juice of two limes and fresh cilantro! Used ground turkey breast instead of hamburger and added another can of tomatoes with chipoltes.
I also cut up tortillas into narrow strips and lightly sprayed them with olive oil ,sprinkled with chili pepper and baked on 400 for 10 minutes to sprinkle on top.Really fresh DELISHIMO!"

Reviewed Turkey Lasagna

"OK.....it's official. This is the worlds best lasagna. MY 18 yr. old, worlds pickiest eater grandson said so! That's as good as it gets for me. All kidding aside,this really is fabulous and I love the no cook noodle method.The goat cheese(don't tell as some will turn their nose up) really adds great flavor!"

"You need to use a heavy metal baking pan (greased)without parchment and preheat the pan along with the oven. Also very little oil or they will be limp. I LOVE THESE and so do my picky eaters!"

"Loved it...only change was more garlic and lemon juice and added sauted spinach. Really easy and flavorful.The red pepper gave it just enough spice!Used whole wheat pasta.
