"This was very good. I did change it a little though. I only added 4 chipotles and I added a tsp of cumin. I used root beer for the pop.
I also made it with a pork loin trimmed of fat.
The first day the gravy it makes was pretty spicy but not the meat itself. The next day, for some reason the gravy was no longer spicy.
