Just made these...but I did not have the lard so I substituted cold pressed unrefined coconut oil(even healthier for you) so I don't really know how they turn out with the lard but my way was very tasty! Next time I go shopping I will get the lard and see if there is a big difference or not if not then I will definitely use coconut oil as it is a"
