About Me
I am a wife (34yrs) and mother of 3 that works fulltime as a 1:1 aide at Alexander Central School in NY. I also own my own busines with The Pampered Chef. I have been serving up the fun since 2001 as a Pampered Chef Consultant. I consider myself self taught, though my mom was great in the kitchen and taught all of us how to cook and bake. I have been published in Taste of Home's A+ Teacher's Recipe's Cookbook and have won quite a few local cooking contests. I'd love to have a food truck or try out for Next Food Network Star but don't know if I could take the pressure...but it might be fun to try!
