Excellent recipe. I will use it on my burrito bowl - Chipotle style -. I didn't use poblano as I didn't have any at home and it turned out delicious! I will definitely make it again and again.

This recipe is excellent! People are right, it takes quite some time to prepare and cook but isn't cooking what we love? Note: I did NOT change a thing. I followed others advice and placed a tray in the oven underneath the dish on the bottom rack. It wasn't necessary as I had no problems with bubbling. In my gas oven it took an hour and 30' to cook....

Simply delicious! The combination of all the flavors made this recipe a rock star! I followed the recipe exactly but cooked a bit longer (8 minutes instead of 5') because I didn't have baby kale at home and I wanted the leaves to be a bit more tender. Please DO NOT use substitutes unless you are trying to recreate a different dish.

This recipe is great! I replaced the wine with 1 can of tomato paste and 2 cans of tomato sauce. I also used 3 onions and added more garlic along with a green bell pepper. The beans I added were black and red ones. I know it is a variation but there is nothing wrong with trying right? It turned out great! "

I love this way to prepare tofu!
I decided to skip all the extra calories in bread and seasonings so this is my variation of this wonderful recipe:

Very tasty and super easy. I didn't use any kind of stock (just 2 tsp of salt) and I replaced grains of paradise with regular fresh ground pepper. I added a little extra cumin for taste. I served it as it is without using the blender because I like the whole lentil texture. It turned out a great recipe! I highly recommend it."
