Reviewed Marmalade Meat Balls

These were great meatballs for a change from the usual bbq or Italian variety. They tasted like sweet and sour with a little kick. The sauce actually got thinner when cooking and would have liked it to be thicker (not sure how to make it thicker tho), but it tasted good and everyone really liked them.

Reviewed Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese

This was the best home made mac I've ever had, so creamy and cheesy and stayed that way! I made a double batch, used shells because that's what I had and used half velveeta, half sharp cheddar. I also left out the hot sauce bc there were several kids but did use the mustard. I turned out great and I highly recommend it!

Reviewed Sausage, Dried Cranberry and Apple Stuffing

This was the best stuffing ever! I used about half of the dried cranberries and the rest in golden raisins. I also used Italian bread and sourdough instead of croutons and it was not mushy. Also, I use sage sausage, omitted the sage and used the recommended amount of poultry seasoning bc of the reviews that the sage was too strong. Everything...

These were awesome sweet potatoes! My fiancee, who never likes them even ate these and liked them! I will try to reduce the water in the sauce next time, mine was thin too, but still plenty soft and sweet.
