This was amazing. I doubled the recipe because we love them. I did two things different from the recipe because I read reviews. I did add a little sriracha hot sauce to the sauce (a couple dashes) and instead of vegetable oil, I used peanut oil. This was just like the real stuff! I am keeping this recipe it is definitely a keeper. "

I have to say I could not find dried pasilla peppers, but I did find them in a jar. So I did all directions and added the peppers at the point to add the sauce and tomato paste. But the flavor of this chili was great. The best turkey chili I have ever made. I will make again and will search harder for the dried peppers. The two grocery stores "
