"This recipe had great potential. I think my execution was not as strong because I had to rely on supermarket seafood rather than getting it from a fish market. Also, I think I overcooked the calamari a bit but I was try to get the flavors to blend. The sauce was delicious. I'm not a polenta fan, so I served it over pasta."
