I was a cook at a convent for a long time. Later went back for more formal training. Learned that I already knew most of it already but at lest I can now call myself a chef. Chef by the way actually means boss of the kitchen...not that they can cook! lol...My family has a vinyard called DeMoura Way Winery in Niagra- on the Lake in Ontario Canada. They make some excellent high end wines. They are expanding their wine list to include some less expensive wines that will appeal to a more broad pallet and youger croud. I have fed thousands in one day at the University of Toronto. While I am a chef my real love is baking for others.I enjoy feeding great food to people. Currently I am writing a cook book geared towards people who share a medical condition that I have.
