The combination of the recipe instructions and lindaj's review was all I needed the properly prepare these rolls. They came out perfectly and actually look like store-bought hamburger buns. I made them with sliced fresh pears instead of apples. A very nice change of pace for using up Christmas ham! I also use the grill pan and brick combination instead of a panini pan. Works just fine.

Easy and very good. My wife isn't a dark chocolate fan, but this was quite acceptable to her. The kosher salt sprinkles added a worthwhile contrast. 1" squares are the right size for these little gems.
