I watched the repeat, and the recipe is correct - 8 cups is what was used on the show, both by narration and by eyeballing the pot used.

8 CUPS of cranberries? I don't think so. How about 1 bag - about 12 ounces, or 3 cups - and more in keeping with what was shown on the show.

Otherwise, sounds good.
