Reviewed Yellow Cakes in a Jar with Chocolate Ganache

"I believe the amount of butter in this recipe could be cut in half. I made it as directed, but the consistency baked up very pound cake like. Very heavy and too rich. Using the half and half with the large amount of butter was too much. "
