I work from home, I'm currently doing bookkeeping for my company. I also schedule appointments for the company. For fun, I love to shop and play golf. My passion is cooking, I've been cooking since I was a teen. I love to entertain my friends with new recipes. I'm Portuguese and we love food, and making people happy through food. If I were to have a pet peeve, I would say it's opening screw tops and cans! I'm inspired by learning new techniques, making foods I've never tried before. Favorite Foods
As far as a favorite food to cook, I love it all. One of my famous ask for dishes is a Baked Shrimp & Scallop dish. My favorite restaurant is PF Changs.
