Reviewed Fully Loaded Baked Potato Soup

"Ah, bacon and potatoes. Two of my favorite food groups. How could you go wrong? My family loved this soup! I cooked the russets for over an hour, and then just finished them in the microwave. They were still a little too lumpy, so I used the emersion blender. I also needed about a cup more of milk. It was still amazing though. Thanks! "

Reviewed Chorizo-Potato Tacos

"Yummy and easy! Of course, we've not met a chorizo recipe we didn't like. I couldn't find cojita cheese, so I used shredded cheddar. I'm sure the cojita would have been better (or quesa fresco!.
Next time I will use flour tortillas (the corn just fell apart, and I think I will add diced onion to the squash. "
