“I've alwys been afraid to stuff an artichoke but I'm glad I got over my fear and made this recipe.
I'm a vegetarian so I substituted veggie bacon for the meat. That is the only change I made and the meat was not missed. My husband ( a meat eater ) loved these. Super flavorful and well worth the time to trim and stuff the artichokes."”
