It was absolutely fabulous and my only complaints are that like most others it wasn't cooked enough even though I added 10 minutes when my better half put a thermometer in them. Also I had SO much gravy and will cut back on the stock next time but there will be a next time because the flavors were so good. The added bonus was that our house smelle"

Yummy! Another winner for Giada. Followed the directions to a tee but as with all Giada's recipes I cut the lemon juice in half. I wish I had cut the recipe in half because it serves more like 6 or 7 rather than 4."

It is SO hard to find a recipe that is this good and isn't fattening. We had this as an entree last night and loved it. My skinny husband had rolls with it but the best part was being able to feel good about eating a delicious meal. Thanks Clair and I hope we can expect to see more low cal, low fat recipes on Food Network.
