This is addictive! I forgot to add the raisins and I subbed walnuts for cashews, but it's still perfect! I also used large unsweetened coconut flakes and you don't miss the sugar at all. To make it delightfully crunchy, I left it in the oven for 30 minutes after I turned it off.

The cake turns out moist and delicious, but it's kind of greasy. There is so much fat in this recipe! I really don't think one and a half cups of oil is at all necessary. It's just excessive. Overall flavor and texture was not bad though."
