First time made this just as the recipe stated, YUM! 2nd time used 2T Trader Joe's Orange vinegar and 2T Balsamic. We added 6 Italian sausages (hot, med and sweet) grilled and sliced and a mix of Sweet 101's and yellow grape tomatoes. Served on top of hearts of romaine. Thumbs up from everyone at the table. It's a full meal deal!""

Reviewed Linguine with Avocado and Arugula Pesto

Second try on this recipe. First time by the book.... okay. Second time used lemon instead of lime, farfalle instead of linguine, pine nuts instead of almonds and added grilled chicken. I feel like it's still missing "something". I'm taking it to a winery picnic tomorrow night. We'll see what the group thinks."
