Reviewed Ricotta Orange Pound Cake with Strawberries
"I love this pound cake and have made it numerous times....HOWEVER.....the cooking time always needs to be increased by about 20 minutes to form the ricotta. It's not my oven as everything else I bake finishes in the recommended time - just keep that toothpick handy to check the middle and you'll enjoy this treat!
