In the video, she adds butter three separate times, once with the carrots, peppers and broc....then with the squash and mushrooms, and then again with the garlic and onion -- about 6 tbsp of butter. Then she says 1/4 cup of hvy cream but on the recipe its says 1/2 cup heavy cream? Which is it?

If there were 10 stars to give, I'd give 20...I've made a LOT of sauce recipes in the past 30 years, but this one is THE ONE. I doubled it, and I'm so glad I did because after the meatballs and ribs were gone, I used it for shrimp and spaghetti, which was sublime. Thank you Tony Danza!!! <3

Reviewed Birthday Sheet Cake

Sep 23, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

THE PROBLEM WITH THIS RECIPE IS THAT IT CALLS FOR A SHEET CAKE PAN WITH
1-1/2 INCH SIDES -- NO HOME COOK THAT I KNOW HAS A PAN WITH THIS SIZE SIDES. THEY HAVE 1 INCH SIDES, THEREFORE THE CAKE WILL NOT RISE PROPERLY AND THE MIDDLE IS RAW AS THE OUTSIDES ARE DRY.

BAD RECIPE!!"

Really good. This was my first time eating (or cooking) catfish. We all liked it, but found that 4 minutes at 375 was too long and it was overcooked. After the first batch, I cut the time down to 3 mins and that seemed perfect. Despite all the spices in the cornmeal, it wasn't spicy at all, and the remoulade sauce went perfectly with it, nice ...

I would give this 10 stars if there were 10 to give....this was unbelievably good! I will never buy ice cream again. I made 2 batches in under 20 minutes. One I added Toll House Ultimate's cookie dough, and the other I added fresh peaches. Sinfully good. Thank you, Paula! This is wayyy better than Cold Stone Creamery and was a fraction of the"

As Rachael said, this is so simple, but very tasty. I added Kalamata olives and used big chives from my garden instead of green onions, (because that's all I had.) I also sprinkled it with fresh ground pepper as well as the peppercorns. "
