Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast

Very good. I had a 3 lb roast and after 3 hours was not quite tender enough. I cooked an additional hour and it was fork tender. Served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Made gravy with the liquid left in pan. Delicious!!"
