"Oh, Lord!!!! I am from NOLA and absolutely LOVE pecan crusted fish, and this is PERFECT!!! I served the crusted speckled trout with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad with wasabi vinegrette...to die for!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Emeril for FINALLY teaching me to CORRECTLY do pecan crusted fish!!!!"

Reviewed Chicken Tortilla Soup

"This is a terrific soup and so easy to make! I also add cumin to the pot and we LOVE Siracha added to the bowl! I usually use a rotisserie chicken because my Husband is a dark meat eater and I like the breast. Also there is plenty of chicken for subsequent bowls!""
