Reviewed Smoked Ribs with Carolina-Style BBQ Sauce

I would call this a miss. I have a water smoker and have made good ribs in the past.

Followed to recipe- was too hot. Rub was firery- and would have been ok if the sause was not as hot. All together, it was too hot for my whole family- even me- and I can take it hot.

They did taste good- I would use a milder...
