"It was ironic how I came about making this cake. Last month, I was on a spiritual fast and I had bananas that came ripe but I didn't want to toss out. So I came across this recipe and thought it would be an excellent idea to bake since I love banana nut bread. Well to my surprise, this cake turned out beyond my imagination. In fact, I now have requests for friends and co-workers to make for them. Thanks Paula Deen for sharing this recipe. This recipe is definitely a keeper and recommend to others!
