"This was so easy and so yummy. I didn't have time to marinated over night, it really only got about 2 hours. Since I didn't give the full time I omitted the part about scraping off the herbs. I think they tasted great still on.""

Reviewed Brisket with Carrots and Onions

"A friend of mine told me about this recipe. He was right, it's fabulous. I did cook it for almost 6hours though, and next time I'd add more carrots and maybe some potatoes toward the end, just so i didn't have to make a side dish.
