Reviewed Homemade Tomato Soup
"Michael Chiarello can do no wrong! I love this recipe & all of his recipes. Always in search of a good tomato soup, I have made this several times. I often use lower fat evaporated milk instead of cream & sometimes cut back on the oil. Next time, I will substitute fire roasted tomatoes, as suggested by some of the reviewers. ""

"My 5 stars are actually for Jeff's first episode! Although I did not feel an allegiance to anyone during "Food Network Star", Jeff proved that he (with his production team) is a perfect choice. One would never know this was his first show! The time was filled so well: site visits, personal stories, several interesting recipes, & a great way of cov""

"I love Bobby Flay, his shows, and his recipes. He is one of my favorite celebrity chefs, not only for his food, but for his personality and professionalism. However, I agree with those who questioned the impact of the mustard in this recipe. I followed the directions, but thought I had made a mistake. The flavor was so strange and unpleasant...I ""

When I made the recipe, the substance created with the oil "

"The dressing is acceptable if you like a strong tarragon/dijon flavor. However, the lettuce was worse than a tasteless popsicle! The texture was disgusting. As an experienced cook, I wonder if there is an error in the recipe. I found it in a magazine, then checked on this website to find there were no differences. I tried eating the salad, but ev"

"Sandra Lee is successful, cute, and probably a lovely person. Her tablescapes are clever and often inspiring. However, TOMATO SOUP in lasagne frightens me! I thought Sandra had more class than that. One might better eat Franco American canned spaghetti. I will give Sandra the benefit of the doubt & assume she created this recipe before her involvement with the prominent and refined family of Andrew Cuomo. Sandra, please don't serve this recipe in the Governor's mansion.
