Chocolate, chili and dark beer - what's not to love about this recipe. I liked using all the different chilies as each one has a different flavor. I also like chili made with chunks of beef rather than ground meat. I also made this a day ahead to all the beef to soak up all the spices. Splendid recipe, but not for those with timid palates."

Oh my goodness, what delicious jerk rub. When I make this chicken I make double the rub mix so that I will have it on hand. The flavor of the spices holds up well if sealed up in a zip top bag. I actually make Bobby's mango salsa to go with this chicken recipe. Wonderful!!"

The mango salsa is absolutely wonderful. Like some of the others who reviewed this recipe, the spice blend is delicious, but I found that I liked leaving the seeds in to give it a bit more kick. This is a good summer "go to" recipe for me."

I have made this salad a number of times to accompany Italian meals. I think it's perfect just the way it is. The combination of white beans with sun dried tomatoes is perfect. I don't understand why someone takes a recipe, changes all the ingredients, and then complains that it doesn't taste good. Those of you who do are obviously making some"
