"I've made this 3 times now for different gatherings and everyone really likes them. Notice that the cook time at the top says 25 minutes (plus 15 minutes for prep) but the printed recipe says bake for 10-15 minutes -- it needs 25 minutes! I use 2 apples instead of 3, 2 cups of stock, and a large (rather than medium) onion - my personal choice. Don't add too much poultry seasoning if you use seasoned stuffing cubes and sure to use stock, not broth or bouillon.
