Reviewed Guacamole
"I can't believe I have been denying myself and children all of these years!!I tasted Guacamole about 25 years ago and it was disgusting, so I just assumed that Guacamole was disgusting.
A few weeks ago I went out for "wangs" and drinks with my daughter and she insisted upon ordering guacamole with our nachos. It was great.
I since then tasted it at my favorite Mexican restaurant, it was good and then some corn Guacamole at a famous Tex mex restaurant chain...Guac w/roasted corn. That was even better.
I decided to make my own and when I made it coupled with chips and fresh salsa, and chicken and corn burritos for dinner. Also a Jamaican Rum Punch. I jumped up and started singing..."I'm a rock star.. a MF'in rock star" (the performance may have had to do with the Jamaican rum punch with the rum I had left over from my vacation 4 months ago
So until I come across one better..this is THE BEST GUACAMOLE RECIPE THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI!!!!"
