Made this for a spur-of-the-moment dinner party last night with 8 people. It was delicious. Easy to make with most ingredients I usually have on hand. I have made these several times now and they are always a hit. I often have to double the recipe to make enough. When there are leftovers they warm nicely the next night. The baby peppers are usually available at Costco. The first time I made them I used pancetta but since then have used bacon and they are just as wonderful. Thank you Giada.
