Excellent recipe, very tasty and easy to prepare. I made the mistake of partially covering the soup, so after one hour peas were done, but the soup was too thin. I removed the lid and kicked the heat up to a good boil for about 20 minutes until the soup was thicker, then removed from heat, added hock meat and some cream. Not so many whole peas rem"
