Reviewed Creamy Shrimp Bisque
"This was so simple and absolutely delicious!! I made it with heavy cream and added no more than a 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. I also could not find fish stock so I used chicken stock and added clam juice, with the salt and pepper it gave it the taste that I was looking for. So good!!!
