I didn't have the cheeses recommended, so just went with some Kraft packages we had in the fridge: 1 c of grated sharp cheddar and 2 c Mexican 4 cheese blend. The shrimp we had was precooked, and didn't have half-and-half either. Used 1/2 c whipping cream and 3/4 c 1% milk. This recipe was SO good. My husband raved over it. "
