"Maybe you might need a trial run to get the presentation just right. I did run tonight and have a better idea what happens to the marshmellows and streusel once backed. Didn't spread the yam to each side enough but did make sure to squeeze the potato once the streusel was in so that there was orange visible.
Better yet - a former reviewer mentioned adding pineapple. The juice of the diced pineapple was a perfect texture contrast to the yam and the two tasted blended well. Some of the pecans were extra toasted which added a surprising smokey crunch.
I find it to be the perfect one-of-a-kind dish that would WOW, as an amateur or an expert cook!
