A creamy and delicious bit of heaven! I read the reviews first, but followed the recipe...perfect...be sure to let it cook uncovered for the whole time so it reduces to the right consistency. I did use two eggs...since sometimes they can be smaller. Adding the half and half at the end made it a perfect creamy consistency. Also....I added a pinch...
