Reviewed Caramelized Onion, Mushroom and Gruyere Quiche with Oat Crust

I made this quiche and found that the way the recipe puts the quiche together is wrong. Instead grating the gruyere and sprinkling it on top of the crust, it should be combined with the eggs and milk. The baked quiche will hold together much better. "
