Reviewed Potato-Bacon Torte

"The crust is to die for! I use it for other recipes now like pot pie. The potatoes weren't cooked all the way through when I baked mine. I think this is because I hand sliced them... really tried to keep them all the same thickness. Use a mandolin slicer for sure. Even though the potatoes weren't cook through, I could still tell the creamy cheeseness would have been awesome.
