"Just made it today for our Sunday brunch. Juicy and divine with each bite. Couldn't find Italian plum tomatoes in our Byerly's; therefore substituted plum tomatoes with pealed Italian tomatoes. But still it was soo good. Make sure the sauce is properly salted and has enough fresh pepper. Don't stuff the steak with too much herbs; a very thin layer on the top would do the trick. I made the raw pin wheels the day before and refrigerated them overnight and it worked fine."
