Cheesy deliciousness!! I made this for Christmas dinner and everyone raved about how good it was. This is definitely a "special occasion dish" since it is loaded with heavy cream, butter and cheese. The only thing I changed was that I used Yukon Gold potatoes. I did burn the bottom of the dish, so check cooking time carefully, as I overcooked them...

Excellent and Easy!! I have made this recipe 3 times now. The key is to not let the mixture get too runny and use a small ice cream-type scoop or melon baller and you will have success. I also found that a baking time of 20-25 minutes is about right, otherwise they will burn. I am going to try dipping them in chocolate tonight. Love it!
