"This is a delicious pot roast, if a bit pricey. Leeks here are .99 each and this calls for 3 or 4. By the time you add the fresh herbs, wine, cognac and canned tomatoes, you've invested a fair amount of money for a roast. The flavor is outstanding, for sure but............... ""

Reviewed Coconut Macaroons

"I have always said I never had a bad recipe from Ina.....some I liked more than others but all were very good and more consistently good than with other Foodnetwork chefs. This was a HUGE ZERO. First one ever from her. Couldn't believe it and tried it 3 different times assuming I had done something wrong. Did it with parchment, without parchment, top shelf, middle shelf. The sweetness and flavor were good but they sure never puffed up like the picture and I had a terrible time peeling them off parchment. Boo Hoo. My first disappointment from Ina. I wouldn't try these again.

"A cautionary note: Someone recommends using 2T cumin and 4 OUNCES of chili powder. My entire bottle of Chili Powder contains 2.75 oz. So, you would be using almost two whole bottles? Very excessive. Start with a little and just keep adding to taste. It's a delicious chili recipe but it isn't inexpensive to make and I think you would ruin the whole batch if you put that much in. Also, I really like the celery in the chili although I really didn't think I would. This is an excellent recipe
