Reviewed Butternut Squash Lasagna
"We made this last night and really enjoyed it. I forgot to add the amaretti cookies and I would leave them out consciously next time. The squash is sweet enough on its own.
Since this isn't basil season, I substituted baby spinach, which I added directly to the white sauce in the pot and then used a stick blender to puree.
