Reviewed Rack of Lamb with Mint-Basil Pesto
"Fabulous! This was my first attempt to cook rack of lamb, and it has turned out delicious two times! The pesto sauce is the only involved portion of the recipe, but it complements the lamb perfectly. When I prepared it for a non lamb-eating friend, his comment was, "I'm going to have to buy some lamb!""
