The salad was good, but lacking.... The recipe calls for the corn to be roasted in the oven... Next time I will start it off in the oven and finish it on my indoor grill for the charring. The favor are refreshing, but I felt it was missing something maybe a little heat from a jap or maybe some fresh ginger.... I added a little balasmic vinegar"
