"I am in charge of bringing the pumpkin pie to a friend's house for Thanksgiving this week, so when I found this recipe I decided to test drive it two weeks ago just to make sure it was what I wanted. I made it for my husband and another couple to try, and everyone raved about it. It was the most delicious pumpkin pie I've ever had. Although it was light, it was a little rich so I will have to make sure to give smaller pieces, but it was insanely tasty and worth every calorie. The maple whipped cream was the perfect topping, too.
