Great recipe! This was easy to prepare as well. I made my own self rising flour by adding 1 tsp of baking powder and pinch of sal per cup of flour. No problems rising. One observation was with all the liquid produced from cooking the peaches, I had to bake for 10 minutes longer otherwise it would have been too wet. Also added sprinkles of nutmeg ...

Excellent taste even with reduced fat. I reduced the fat by using a 1/4 or less of whole milk and only 1 tbsp of butter. The family enjoyed. "

I didn't have grits handy so substituted couscous. I also added some fresh spinach to the shrip toss. The kids loved it. Total prep time around 15min. Excellent quick dish!"
