Reviewed kale and hummus salad

I really liked this. I did add a dollop of agave nectar to the dressing, as it was too tart for me. I also threw in grape tomatoes since I had some. Did not buy the zatar. Don't know if that would have a made huge difference. Will definitely make again.

Was a great dish to take to the tailgate. Easy and so creamy. Could add bacon if you wanted to serve for breakfast. As another said think this would be a great base for shrimp and grits.

Very easy and delicious. Followed recipe except :) used orange juice instead of lemon. Also added dried cherries. Think this can be adjusted for different seasons.

Reviewed meyer lemon ricotta pancakes with macerated strawberry coulis

So good, light and fluffy. I didn't have any orange juice, so just macerated the strawberries with sugar. I little extra work doing the egg whites, but think that's the key to the fluffy. Tomorrow will eat the leftovers with macerated blackberries and mint...think that will be fabulous also.

Easy and very good. Had never made a Clafouti before. Like others said it was not overly sweet. I had some extra blackberries that I macerated with mint and added them on top the next day.

I thought this was delicious, I followed the recipe exactly...even though I normally don't like cinnamon in dishes. I will say, we did not need the sauce. We thought the lamb had enough flavor without it...and the sauce was a little too spicy for our taste. Will definitely make again. Curious to try it with Chicken and Beef based on the other...

Reviewed Asian Marinated Pork Chops

Jan 15, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Very good. I didn't have any Sriracha , so I used Sambal Oleek, I also added 2 tbsp. of soy sauce after my own taste test. I opted to do my pork chops in the oven as they were very thick. I only zested half the orange after reading other reviews. Will definitely make again.

I loved this. Didn't use quite as much lemon or olive oil, as the recipe called for. I might try adding edamame or chickpeas next time.

Made this tonight (NYE) for the Hubby and I. It was delicious. I did add some Pecorino Romano to my pesto. Did not add the water. Served with Au Gratin Potatoes and Broccoli , yummy!

It was a little to lemony for my taste. I'm going to do the simple syrup the poster below mentioned next time I try this and leave out the lemon.

I tweaked the recipe based on other comments. I used Cabot 50% reduced fat Jalepeno Colby Jack cheese (the whole block). Did 3/4 cup parmesean cheese (read the recipe wrong) and only did 3/4 cup of mayo. It turned out just spicy enough and was not greasy. We decided we would have like it better with Tortilla Chips instead of the Fritos. Will...

Great quick summer dish. I tried boiling the lemon, but thought it was bitter too, think the key is unwaxed, but I couldn't find one. I bought the microwavable steam bag green beans, for a short cut, and it turned out great."
