Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"This is fool proof! I had a 9.66 lb roast to feed 12 people. We have 4 slices left for our family tonight! I followed the directions and even put a sign on the oven...DO NOT OPEN! I took the roast out after 4 hours, covered it with foil and baked our other dishes and rolls. I put the roast back in @ 350 for 15 minutes and it was perfect! The ends were medium well and the inside rare. Perfect pieces for everyone. It was so good that I have been nominated to make Christmas dinner every year! Not sure if I should thank you Paula or not! Ha Ha!
