Reviewed Braised Short Ribs
"Even though I am not a fan of short ribs, I made this recipe. I am still not a fan, but the sauce is incredible. Alone it rates five stars. Change up the spices, add other ingredients, thin it out or whatever taste you are going for and this works. I braised lamb shanks with a greek taste and it was wonderful. With additions such as brown sug"
Reviewed Chicken Marsala
"read the reviews before trying it and could not understand all the comments regarding being too salty. Followed the recipe exactly and it was very good. Two comments. Always use low or lower salt broth. Secondly, never cook with a wine you would not drink. "Cooking wine" is not wine. It is the bottom of the cask and is treated with salt before bottling so that it does not require a age id to purchase. No one would ever sit down and drink the stuff. Don't cook with it and you will have a much better result."
Reviewed Buffalo Wings
"Have made these several times. Hate deep frying due to the grease in my kitchen. This is wonderful. Varey the amount of hot sauce depending on the audience. Alton is great.

Reviewed Chocolate Gooey Butter Cookies
"Quick and easy. Used mixer for butter and cheese and then added the cake mix by hand to save my hand mixer. I like to have cookies I can make ahead and these work wonderfully. Roll into balls and freeze till later. Just before baking I then roll them in the powdered sugar.
