I made this fondue for a small dinner party, and it was an absolute hit. Everyone loved it, including the children. I followed the recipe exactly, and used a good quality sauvignon blanc wine and cheeses. I heated the fondue in a saucepan on my stove, and then transferred it to the fondue pot where it simmered.
